This hurts to write but this app is the most glitchy, stuck in an error loop of a dumpster fire I have ever experienced.

App constantly buffering or having error codes always under maintenance needs fixing

There are too many steps on creating an account it's almost not worth it. I had to log in 3 times put my rewards card number in another 3 times seems too complicated just to sign up!!

I don't know if Wawa is buying their 5 star reviews or what, but this app is always having problems. It either won't load in the store when you're trying to scan your code or use rewards, or won't work for mobile ordering at least twice a week. If you're on WiFi, you can't order delivery. It just won't show up as an option. But if you turn WiFi off it will work. 1-2x a week when my office tries to order (we try from multiple peoples phones) it will not allow us to add items to our cart, saying an unknown error has occurred. I use rewards apps for just about everywhere I shop and I think I've only had an issue with ONE other app, one time. The Wawa Rewards app has been having issues since I worked for them, YEARS ago. It's surprising that they haven't worked these problems out by now. Maybe find a new app creator because this one clearly isn't working for you guys. (Review of the app, not the stores or products)

They are completely incompetent. It's like 9 clicks to order something I order all the time from the store I order it from all the time. They have done no usability testing. At least they finally fixed the persistent login issues that plagued it for years. Now there's a bit of snow on the ground and their stupid banner that announces you can't get delivery is stopping you from doing a pick-up in store. Complete amateurs.

I would give this app 5 stars if it would stop logging me out almost every time I open it to use it for anything while I am at the store. So frustrating.

I have 3 different cards that all have over $200 in each account, and every time I try to fuel up on the app, it says "payment error". Apparently this is an issue that happens to a lot of people. Please fix this, or at least put the reason for the error in the notification

I can't access the app anymore

I keep trying to login but it keeps kicking me out and keep saying access denied.
