Not sure what's the point of Wawa having a app. It hardly ever lets you actually place an order through the app. Very disappointed.

Wawa is a breath of fresh air on an east coast riddled with 7/11's. The app is a fantastic idea, but falls short in its execution. I cannot for the life of me make the app keep me logged in. Often ordering online is best utilized when in a rush - placing an order for a coffee after you get out of the shower so its ready for pick up on your way to work. Having to re-log in and re-enter my address every time is frustrating, considering it's the only app I use with this issue. The UI feels clunky - while it looks fine aesthetically, navigating isn't a “smooth process. Error codes are not well explained, so that if you order an item on the app that isn't currently available, you will receive an error but have no idea what you did wrong in the order. The app gets the big things right - its purpose and function are on-par with what you would expect. In practice, the issues above make it a frustrating experience.

Still slow af. App is either being sabotaged by developers or it's intentionally programmed to be slow to inflict mental anguish. No other alternatives are feasible at this point. I have 5g. Connecting to the internet with a 14k modem in 1995 took less time than it takes to load this app. Something just isn't right.

Kind of useless if I can't tie a card in to take advantage of my reward points to get my fuel discount. I've reached out to Wawa customer service, no response. Updated app on a Google pixel 9 pro.

I have been trying to create account for months now it still will not let me keep saying something went wrong do I'm deleting it

What happened? Used to send my coupons of stuff I bought. I have been getting coupons of stuff I don't buy now. Nothing new. I shop here alot. 7-11 app is so much better.

I can't even get the app to open

This is my 3rd attempt at trying to create an account to be able to open the app and its continuously saying error...

Why does this app constantly sign me out? It is bad enough the app takes forever to load. Why can't Wawa have the phone number input at the register like 7-11, Food Lion, kroger, publix? Catch up to the times. Use the app when I have enough points to redeem items but easy to put a phone number in and go at the register. Not everyone carries their phone inside. It is rather annoying and inconvenient.
