Even though I paid for parking. I can't find my order confirmation anywhere on my app. This is awful not being able to find my order even though I got an email confirmation. Terrible app.

Unreliable Service and No Refunds – Avoid Way App
Avoid using the Way app If Way app partners fail to provide a service, are closed, or have broken equipment, Way refuses to refund the money for the undelivered service. Do not use this app! Instead, contact the service provider directly to ensure you get what you pay for. Using Way app only adds unnecessary complications.

Absolutely terrible customer service
No compensation and no solutions. Gave me a phone number that does not work. Can not get in contact with the lot my car is currently booked under. All foreign barely speak English.
