Extend with caution
This was both a wonderful and horrible experience. TLDR: Great service, but they severely overcharged on the back end, and a logical refund was a hassle. The wonderful: I secured valet parking near the airport at a rate of $5.50 per day for four days. Drop of was quick, easy, and professional. I was then immediately escorted to the airport. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. At this point I was a huge fan. My return flight got delayed several times, ultimately pushing my pickup back by four hours on the same day. Each time it got delayed, I responsibly extended my reservation. The horrible: They charged me $90. To park for four days. I could have parked at the airport for a full week for less. I had to verbally wrestle with customer support to get a *partial* refund. The $40 first charge was at least reasonable, with taxes and hidden fees and good service. But three additional $17 charges for extension was a clerical or computer error at best, [name] rip off at worst. I had to speak harshly with a supervisor to have them refund only two of the three additional charges. I deducted a star for each additional charge. I will not be using them again. If you choose to, I'd recommend reserving for an extra day at the onset to prevent any additional extension fees.

Thought it was a scam and might still be?
Well, the motel we originally booked smelled like death. So last minute we had to find a cheap parking lot. I found Way and quickly paid $8 for a spot in a local hotel. I 100% thought it was a scam due to the fact that parking there was normally $45 per night. Additionally, I think they generate a lot of fake reviews on different platforms. However, we got there and it actually worked! Really saved us, so thanks guys!

Bad experience/customer service
Update: After leaving this review customer service has been emailing me. The highlight is them saying the parking lot denied it and they are choosing to believe them in spite of me using there service for years and never complaining before. Also, take reviews you read on their website with a grain of salt. I posted a negative review similar to the post below about a week ago and it has not shown up on their site for the parking lot. It makes me wonder if they only post positive reviews. Original review: I purchased parking through this app for off sight airport parking. The parking lot offered a shuttle. Upon arrival at the parking lot they informed me the shuttle wasn't running but they would drop us at a hotel they were partnered with and we could use their shuttle. They drop us at the second hotel and that hotel tells us there is no such agreement and we cannot use their shuttle. I call the parking lot and they tell me to take an uber. After this experience I call Way customer service requesting a refund for the unprofessional way we were treated. They denied us the refund indicating there was nothing they could do about the experience. I am very disappointed with how this matter was handled and will be using a different app for more parking needs moving forward.

Way Bucks points disappear
I started with 92353 way bucks points but ends up with 0 after just redeemed 53449 points. The points were the refund in way bucks format. I was told the points would not expire when way.com refund me the fund in way bucks due to COVID situation. The customer service is helping me now to reinstall the points but they still will expire in 90 days which is still not acceptable for me.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the Way app's car wash service. After booking a car wash through the app, I was charged incorrectly due to an error on their part. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they were unhelpful and refused to return my money, despite acknowledging the mistake. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I expected a seamless experience but was met with frustration and financial loss. I strongly advise others to avoid using the Way app for car wash services, as their mishandling of errors and refusal to issue refunds demonstrate a disregard for their customers.

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP! Our credit card information was stolen through this app. We had more than 10 fraudulent transactions in less than 4 hours on our account. Fortunately, our bank contacted us when they noticed the suspicious activity and advised us to remove this app. The feature that scans your credit card to add a new payment method is likely the source of the breach, according to the bank. However, WAYS' customer service refuses to acknowledge this issue, which is shameful.
