App is very buggy and slow, UI/UX workflow doesnt flow especially during checkout as a new user. Images and media is slow to load. Klarna does not support Capital One. Have to force close and reopen app after prolong period of browsing. Overall the app needs a major performance facelift

Good as long as you don't have to deal with their Customer Service. The moment you have any issues, you can expect to be taken advantage of as much as possible. They went back to the resolution of my dispute (couldn't deliver a product I ordered stating unavailability) and when I showed them the email that they have shared, simply stated that we don't recognise this email and it's probably fake (when it was from their official website with all my personal details).

Still buggy
I received a response from the developer. I updated the app, and it's still buggy. Some additional annoyances I found: not every item has a search box in the reviews section to search certain key words. When looking at similar items, there is not enough screen real estate to scroll, essentially forcing me to open whatever item my finger lands on. There is no question and answer section. Still get the unable to find item error message for certain items.

App Glitches
The app will not open without closing and opening it a few times. Also, the app will become frozen which then leads to another forceful close of the app.

Horrible customer service
I ordered a gaming desk for my brother for his birthday, never received it. They told me to file a police report in order to get a replacement, but I couldn't file one cause there's nothing they could've done. So basically I was scammed $110 cause apparently no one can do anything. Didn't get replacement or refund.
