WINDOW FOR DELIVERY
The 2 stars are for the food availability but I doubt I'd be using this app anymore. Customers should be able to choose the time window for when they can receive their food. When your company chooses it for us SMACK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY when most of us work, that is a problem. Calling customer service is useless because they can't and won't help. This is my first time using this app and already I am having issues. And I spent $200 worth of food. Canceling my order.

Worst customer service ever
I placed an order on Weee, and the product was packed on January 11 in Shenzhen, but the production date was unknown. After 40 days, still nothing from them. Given the shipping time, it's already certain that the product is expired. I contacted customer service for a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, they refused to refund me. They told me to wait until the package arrives—whenever that may be—before even considering a refund. This is completely unacceptable! Why should the customer bear the risk of shipping delays for an already expired product? Weee's handling of this issue is unethical and irresponsible. They sell products that are already expired and refuse to take accountability. Avoid this app unless you want to risk losing your money!

Weee lacks a level playing field
As a 1099 driver, I want to complain about Weee. Weee releases orders at 3:30 pm, 4:00 pm, and 9:00 pm every day, and the orders are arranged from high to low in price, such as 350 for the first order, 340 for the second order, and so on. However, many drivers use third-party plug-in software, such as automatic clickers, which results in many drivers not being able to grab orders with higher prices, or not being able to grab orders at all, and the high-priced orders will be grabbed by drivers using third-party software within a few milliseconds. This is too unfair! And the drivers who use third-party software will resell the orders they have grabbed to those drivers who have not grabbed the orders! In fact, the problem can be solved by releasing orders in an irregular order, but Weee feels that it does not harm their own interests, so they turn a blind eye. I hope Weee can pay attention to it and punish drivers who use third-party software to grab orders by suspending orders and banning their accounts!

App is fine and prices are average, but i think it's interesting that the one bad review I wrote about an item was rejected/removed when guidelines were followed and same/similar photos were posted as the good reviews. Hm.

Delivery needs improvement
Great selection of Asian groceries but the delivery is horrible! They give you a delivery window, which is actually a huge range and they never ever deliver within that time slot. Today I had a window of 7:30-10pm and it is almost midnight now and the delivery time keeps getting pushed later and later. This isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last time I'm using this service.
