Newcomer offers are always cut
I've paid for it many times and refunded me for no reason, just because I used the newcomer discount? Isn't this discount for us, I don't understand why all the couriers who sent my address were refunded, please give me a reasonable explanation, the supermarket is not complete, and it is expensive, I just want to give half a star

Most TERRIBLE delivery service
Never ever have my ordered arrived on time within the delivery window and the customer service told me there will be NO COMPENSATION as long as it arrives by 10pm and they're being extremely vague about compensation. No other grocery sites have this type of horrible delivery

Their delivery is unreliable
Weee's driver never deliver to your unit or package locker even if you ask them to do so and provide with your apartment's warning (not leaving it in lobby/mailbox in case of theft). Their company approves this action by saying you are supposed to be at home when it's delivered to pick up your package when delivered. Think twice before using it!

Worst experience
I don't even want to give one star but I don't have option I found out about this app on Instagram and in the beginning this app will give you delivery on time for at least two orders. Then you start getting worse products and after that you start getting late deliveries if you want on time they are asking to pay extra for that. It seems they are not loyal and not offering to customer what they says in the beginning. I would not recommend this app. First they are saying if you are student you don't have to pay delivery charges and after two orders they came with conditions that order these much then only you don't have to pay for delivery fees.
