Online Deposits takes longer than others
Why is it that bank branch and online deposits are taking too long to be posted? Many Pending Deposits are listed but takes more than 5 days to become available. Is there another bank that Holds Funds this long like Wells Fargo? 2/26/25

Your app states my device is not compatible. My husband was recently in the bank and told them. They said they had not heard of this problem. I recently cleaned up my phone, cache, storage, etc. as best I could, thinking maybe that was the problem. Still won't accept this new app version. I tried to update the app on my husband's phone but it won't open now. So we have to purchase newer phones in order to have full banking ability now. Just logging in doesn't allow some actions.

More Clicks
Apparently the goal of every upgrade is to increase the number of clicks required to see the information you previously saw at a glance and/or require multiple steps to achieve what was previously accomplished in one. Really beginning to dislike the app

No sound notifications
This update doesn't sound my notifications on my phone even though I'm on the latest iOS version and the most updated app and made sure I have my notifications turned on and everything. So basically it doesn't make any sound when a notification comes in

Limited payments a month?
Your company is living in the 90s. Why do you limit how many payments per month. I don't want to use a credit card where I have to call up customer service to make a payment.

Elderly
I get flustered when you mess with my mom account. She might be elderly but she is not dumb. She know what she wants and how to deal with the election to get what she after and every time she goes to pay something online some idiot shuts her cards off. She is NOT on any medication and is capable of managing her finances.

Mortgage
Tried to sale my mortgage to a bank I have never heard of who wanted control of what and when I paid. Paid off my account and had to use cash card to do part of it. It went directly from that account to my mortgage a count. Never touched a single dollar. I was told no fees and 21% interest at the WF Soldotna Branch where I made the transaction. The. You charged me a $279 cash withdrawal fee and 22% interest. I called to straighten it out. The person said they were going to get me an advocate and transferred my call to some a**h*** who started lecturing, yelling and talking over me. Not the kind of bank I want to do business with. As soon as my card is paid off, and I have set up direct deposit at GCU, iI will be gone. Signed, Loyal Customer of 28 years

Terrible bank
Wells Fargo has a history of stealing from customers. They signed me up for a credit card I did not want, they started taking fees out of an account against their own terms which they then had to refund to me. Avoid Wells Fargo at all costs. Edit to address the developer response that I got. They say they want to investigate it more. Well the DOJ already did that for you when they ordered a 3 billion dollar class action settlement in 2020. I suggest a brief internet search, ‘Wells Fargo class action settlement' actually returns a LOT of results so you may have to wade through some other classic moments in your employer's history. It's no surprise the app development team seems to have been instructed to act like they never heard of any of this before and gaslight as much as possible but I just want to do my part to make sure the public remembers.
