Not accurate
Not accurate for sleep tracking or energy levels or pressure. Also far too many things going on with the reports and dashboards. Conflicting information on same screen regarding info from app and info from watch. Deleted after 5 days use.

Not loving it…yet?
I've been using this app for about six weeks. The analyses can be illuminating but I have a few significant frustrations: 1. Difficulty of navigation. There are so many different screens and tiles and it isn't intuitive. I thought if I kept spending time daily navigating it would get easier, and it has but I still find only about 40% clear enough to be helpful. 2. The infographics that are informed by aggregated data ought to all have a source pop up that lists what metrics and what device/app as well as explain why certain values were chosen. Ideally, even display the raw data and allow user edit. 3. My biggest gripe is the handling of history data. I can't see trends or go to specific charts from past days easily or at all. This past week when I go back in the “feed” there's no “yesterday's heart report” for two days ago. 4. It clearly doesn't use all the data points the Apple Watch gathers but nowhere does it say why it chooses certain points over others. With stats like hrv, for which there aren't many readings to begin with, it's unrealistic to draw conclusions off 2-3 data points in a 24 hour period. I paid for a year subscription and I'm hopeful these shortcomings will be addressed soon but I think I'll need to seek a different solution until then. I don't have time to haunt the app just so I don't get data gaps later.

I don’t trust the stats
The stats that Welltory shows me vary radically from the stats that the Apple health app shows me. Between the two I would trust Apple, I don't trust Welltory. It has a very showy presentation with lots of metaphors, but I find all the data to be suspect. I just don't trust it. I deeply regret having paid for a lifetime subscription. Test this app out yourself and be very careful about subscribing based on initial appearances.

Iffy
The data is iffy. More frustrating, they charged me the renewal subscription after I cancelled. Steer clear.

Fantastic and novel, few needed improvements
Overall novel/insightful. measures HRV in all the various measurements, ratios, and other data to come up with something comprehensive. I like the descriptive and supporting study links. A few frustrations. very challenging to see the history. exporting generates .json files req expertise. Notifications with various advice are nowhere to be seen in the app. AI correlations are rare and can't be done manually, and views don't support it. Seems accurate and actionable

Language!!!!!
You know what annoys most of them! The app is also used by many people who don't know English! If you are constantly developing, this is a part that seems more than important to me! If German is not integrated as a language, I will no longer use my paid subscription! I'm sure it's doable!

Complex interface
The interface is overloaded. It is not clear what kind of information you are provided with. And the fact that everything is thrown into the feed is completely killing. It is not clear what data is responsible for what day.

Customer service is nonexistent
While the app itself is interesting… there is no actual people to help you in any way… they created an endless loop of robot chat boxes that are useless. No way to bypass to real human… horrible experience for getting anything useful. They need to figure out how to support customers.
