Inconsistent and unreliable
App is full of issues—wrong pricing, offers that don't apply, random errors. Tried reaching customer service multiple times: website gives a 404, chat doesn't respond. They clearly don't care about fixing anything or helping customers. Cedar Crest Allentown PA location: zero mobile app offers can be applied without an error. Another sale lost to a competitor.

Mold
Ordered on the app went to take a bite out of my sandwich and there was mold on the bun went inside. They didn't even say sorry or ask her to give me my money back. They did replace it
