Tried paying a bill. Wouldn't let me pay. Tried to pay again and the app will not take my monthly payment. Now they want the full amount. The only payment option was payment in full. Got harassed with multiple phone calls from many different states everyday for months. All said payment in full only. They wouldn't talk about their app failing and not taking payment.

I have auto pay set up and it doesn't take it. Makes it seem like I missed a payment because of there app messing up. Fix your issues

This app is slow a lot and the company doesn't let you make principal only payments which is incredibly stupid. Not too many details within the app, they need to fix a lot of things. The customer service is overseas and pretty atrocious as well

Auto pay doesn't take payment, then they want a $5 charge to pay over the phone, and that's if you ever get a real human to talk to. It's just awful.

It's as if this company does not want customers to pay on time. Refuses to identify me with my account. I have called Customer Service once already and was assured the matter was resolved. It is not.

Needs to be debugged. Hard to click anything. Doesnt offer principal payments only.

I used to login an be able to submit my payment but not since the recent update I'm guessing I can't even login in!!!! I tried uninstalling the app and re downloaded nothing!! Soo stupid

Really, 5 bucks to process the payment for the next 48 months

I have nothing but problems with the app. I have set up the auto pay and it has made my payment late every month. Need to fix this issue
