It gets the job done, but it is pretty slow when it starts up.

If I'm paying daily interest with my monthly payment, I should not get penalized and have to pay again when I'm paying extra towards principle. Taking 200 of the extra 1000 I'm paying towards principle is robbery. And the fact that I talk to three representatives and none can answer my questions, about why I'm being penalized for paying extra, is just sad.

The app is good, yet the processing fees are ridiculous smh

My online experience through the Westlake website is a total crash and burn. Very unfriendly website; won't let me change the amount I want to pay in excess of the amount due; it's like they want me to stay in interest payment mode. Anyway, I downloaded the app to my phone and that's a lot better. Now I can pay extra on my account to cut down on interest.

The absolute worst company i have ever had to deal with! Employees are rude as heck. Be warned they will take advantage of you!

Already getting hassles right from the start over insurance, and the system is automated with no way to contact an actual human being. It can't do math either. 4/3/2025 minus 2/27/2005 is 36 days, but the system says it's less than 30 days. Where is the hassel free promise being kept? So far, not at all
