I have downloaded this app multiple times and yet every time I try to order it says mobile ordering not available for this location. I know that is not true because I know folks who have ordered on the app. I reached out to the tech dept over 2 months ago but no reply.

Okay, the app is great at what it does. The only problem is customer service from the app. There's no immediate reconciliation or refund option for the money you just paid. You have to email. If the location can't fulfill the order, there should be an instant credit awarded to the customer, able to be used immediately. Similar to the Popeye's app, where AI tracks the latest order and refunds via instant store credit if there are any issues. Allowing you to reorder something else right away.

Tried to use the app to order food, yet when I tried to add my card, it kept saying "card declined" went through another payment (with the exact same card) and it went through no problem. Please fix this. Reviews will keep on being low unless this app is fixed

Charged $69 for a $34 order thru the app
I was only given three options to pay. It did not give me the option to just pay with my debit card. I loaded funds thinking they would pay for my order out of loaded funds. They then took from my card instead. I now have to wait for a refund.

You can't add a payment method because it keeps declining cards for no reason how are you supposed to pay on the app if you cant add the card you're using to pay, this bs needs to get fixed
