Prebid on an item .waited in the live 3 hours and the seller started the bid way higher than the prebid. I didnt understand why but wont bid on anything after that.

They have a seller who is a scam artist for real!! When I requested a refund, sent pictures, along with proof, I stopped hearing from the support team and still haven't received my full refund.

it's not really all that clear what the heck is happening. I accidentally won two auctions only to have my win nullified because there was a problem with payment - not on my end the platforms glitchy. no way to tell the seller what had happened hopefully they weren't put out. in time I think it'll be great. there are some very catchy personalities that make it fun.

I've been using the app for a while now, but unfortunately I have to say that things are going in the wrong direction. Lots of gambling. Returns people who give the wrong original prices to drive the price up. The support was very quick and consistent at the beginning, but has now become very weak. Guidelines are no longer consistently enforced. For all people who love the card hobby, don't bother with it. 500 characters are not enough for everything, unfortunately.

I've been a buyer on this app for a little over two months and some of the sellers are iffy. I have a few more orders coming in and after that I'm done. I have a few sellers that I love but I will follow them on a different platform. Whatnot needs to do better rid of the scammers. I suggest going to YouTube or make sure you do your research before you buy from a seller. Look them up!
