Seller support is terrible
If you're trying to start out selling, you'll get unhappy buyers that want to leave terrible reviews about their giveaways not getting to them in a timely manner or the giveaway isn't good enough. Whatnot will leave this review up on your account instead of taking it down. USPS is not in my control as a seller nor is the happiness of buyers when they don't get a better giveaway than just a single card

This app is horrible. It’s buggy runaway.
They want your first born male child, a DNA sample blood sample sperm sample your mothers maiden name your credit card number or your Social Security number your bank account, routing information and it won't let you make a purchase with all that screw them right away delete it like I am have a nice day

I love this app works well for over 3 years that I've been buying here but over a month now I'm not able to give the seller a tip and I've uninstall the app twice did everything I can think of and I still cannot do a tip 😞

the app works quite well, bidding i feel is fair and as long as you have a decent wifi connection it runs smoothly, my biggest problem with the app is as a seller it only gives you 48 hours to ship off the package before it potentially affects your seller rating, which I understand the reason why they do this, the problem is that usps is CLOSED on the weekends so if you sell something late Thursday or Friday you can't ship off packages cause there closed and it still affects your rating

absolutely no way to talk to an actual person on the phone to try and resolve issues. Better be careful when you swipe on live feeds because you'll end up buying something accidentally and might not get your money back!!! And the email provided here is no longer monitored.

ok app but evrytime I go on it now after me being on it for 3 days, it only shows me the background with the w's or all black so i can't see what's being auctionned. was great. now it's a headache. I've tried deleting cookies, closing out the app, uninstalled the app, restarting my phone, tried to contact their support team via text and still no results. weird but it sucks. I got some good grabs off of whatsnot.
