watch out for what you ordered is not always what you get! and the shipping that some sellers provide is horrible

Most of this is wheels and gambling. When you bid on something, you can't go back and view what you ordered as since it's live, they don't show the vod to rewatch. If you are scammed, you don't know you are or can't confirm unless you clip. Be very wary on what you buy. The platform could be good, with a fair few qol changes like being able to view vods, gambling option taken away (buying access to raffles etc) and more punishment for those who scam.

Found the buyer support to be poor and there is to much room for error. I have recieved my order countless times damaged and with missing items. Good concept poorly executed. I would not advise using this app!

Whatnot doesn't have the consumer's best interest. If you get scammed (which is getting more and more likely), whatnot will do nothing about it. Use the app at your own risk. They also recently changed their policy to hide video evidence when their sellers scam customers. So good luck to anyone using this app.

Was happy until one group I was ordering from and Was my favorite decided they could careless about my orders and what I won. I was recommending. Now I'm not. I Don't Recommend Lfgroup4131!!!! Customer service is the worst I have Ever experienced.

The biggest online scam to buy counterfeit goods and clothes in very poor condition ⚠️ The worst part is that all this is done with the complicity of Whatnot, which offers buyer protection to encourage people to buy on this application, but Whatnot does not respect it afterwards (just read their response to this review)...

First off the whatnot staff are breaking numerous gambling laws by protecting scammers. Second the app is actually bad the number of stories and abuse of sellers is beyond unjust. DO NOT USE THIS APP YOU WILL BE SCAMED
