Easy to use the app to place order and food has been consistently good. Service at the store on SW 137th and 38th St in Miami has been inconsistent. Some orders are great and others are incomplete or wrong.

In phelan,ca I tried for a hour to checkout on both app and website and couldn't do it. Tried on 2 different phones. By this time I was so frustrated, i give a -5 if I could but have to settle for 1 star. I gave up and went to McDonald's for my birthday meal so depressing.

When ordering it won't let you order over a certain amount. You need to contact the restaurant yourself it shouldn't be us! They are giving you a low score.
