Countdown

Love Wingstop, I'm mad you guys took off the countdown feature when waiting on your food. Now it just gives you an estimate like every other restaurant app, you guys were different.

Can’t even place order

For the past few months everytime I use this app, it takes the money out of my account during checkout but doesn't even place the order saying my payment method has been declined… how is my payment method declined but you take the money straight off my card??? Then I have to wait to get a hold of customer service to get my money back… at this point I don't even want your wings, fix your app!!

No Rewards System

I would love to give the app a 5 star review, but the fact that there is no rewards points to redeem for meals or sides makes the app pointless.

The app has strange limitations on distance. My location wasn't available, but I was able to get it at another building next door in my strip mall.

Didn't take my google pay. The order had the wait time off by over 30 minutes. Clearly doesn't take location into account. Absolute waste of time. No I will not take your apologies, don't bother replying
