I've been trying to get In contact with you guys and it says it can't process your request and I've been waiting for an item since jan 31 and it says maximum delivery date is March 14 and I've called and nothing I've been trying to not be rude but this is way too much time and with no feedback too if possible I'd put less stars if I would because how in the dark I am in and my next step is to ask social media for help have a wonderful day

This is a continuations situation and I'm adding to it. The bottom is my original statement and it hasn't changed. The developer of the app actually responded to me, but absolute Bupkis! Even after the developer told me to reach back out to Wish support team. What a joke. They completely ignored me. All this did is cement my opinion and rating. Till they fix this problem. I will never shop here or change my review again. Stay away from the Wish app! Even if they haven't screwed you over yet. They will, just a matter of time. Alright, so I've been shopping with Wish for a few years now. It was ok at first. Got messed up packages, quite a few things were late, but not a terrible experience till my last purchase. It was never delivered even though they said it was. I know for certain it wasn't stolen, because I was home the whole time. I'm friends with every neighbor and we watch out for each other. I tried several attempts to reach out to Wish and got only one response. They asked me to send pictures and I said I can't send pictures of something that wasn't there. They never fixed the problem. Very disappointing to say the least. Don't believe them when they say they have your back on buyer protection. If you can't provide proof. They'll do nothing for you.

Why is Ideal not working?
I try to pay with ideal but after 7 years it's not possible anymore. So after trying all the possible options I can think of. It's time to try out some other store. Bye bye wish👋🏼

Wish is alright. it has some items that aren't available on other sites but also doesn't have a lot of things that are available on other sites.

Order history don't work and you can't change delivery address or even watch your earlier history unless you go to your own reviews and still you see only items that you have already received but not current items that are being shipped to you.

wil not use wish anymore,i reqeusted a refund on an item that was ordered in October 2024,and the item has not been recieved as to date,they claim they made a refund but up to date i have not recieved a single cent of my refund,everytime i contact them on the app they copy and paste the same response,i have even been instructed to contact paypal so that i can track my refund yet the info given to pass to paypal is invalid and cannot help me at all,

very long shipping time, same product can be found on temu for half the price. Wish was better few years ago but now, very high prices and very long shipping time.

Previously, Wish had prices for a song, but now they also pay postage, horror. I shop on them, everything is cheap and postage is not paid, delivery about 9 days.
