The truth is I do not recommend it with electronics, cell phones or something like that because they do not arrive, and so much time goes by that when it takes so long without something arriving, they still have the nerve to tell you that the product is not eligible for return when it does not even arrive. But in electronics friends, I recommend that you do not buy anything, in fact, I recommend that you do not even download the application, I believe that the same thing they sell there you can find on Aliexpress, Temu or even Alibaba and they have a better response to any problem.

I bought 2 products worth 34.42€, money was withdrawn from my account but the product does not appear in my orders section. My problem was not resolved even though I sent messages to the support team.

I give it a 1 because it can't be any less, the worst sales app there is. At first it works quite well but when the packages don't arrive they don't take responsibility and don't give you your money back or any effective solution. (I've been waiting for a refund for more than 11 months). Uninstalled!!!

I gave 5 stars years ago because in fact the shipping and purchases deserved them, as well as the customer service. Over the years they have gotten worse though. The customer service is practically non-existent: they don't even read what you write. They started a return at my expense when I asked how to wash some shorts purchased that were obviously hand-painted and without any indication of the matter... now in order not to lose the €36 purchase I will have to lose the money for the return. Nonsense. Terrible service. Never again!

Test item before it comes to the customer, the one that is replaced is the one that was ordered as a new one. I said no but I paid for the new hat with the new one myself.
