No variety
I have it set for a 5 day workout. There are three different days then it resets. I had more variation when I was doing my own thing.

Almost there
One thing I don't like it's that the app assume that I want to change my weight after every week. Sometimes I want to keep my current weight and increase the reps, but it doesn't give me the option. I also sometime want to change into an equivalent exercise hitting the same muscle groups, but it doesn't provide me optjons to choose when I'm in exercise mode. The equivalent exercises can only be seen outside of mode exercise

Good app but you HAVE to pay
It's a good app, but the free version is absolutely useless since they lock EVERY SINGLE THING other than one exercise.

Update on app
The app was amazing but when you have to do the mandatory update the usability of the app went down. Please go back to the older version.

Amazing app until updates
This app used to be top notch until they updated it. It's crazy how you can make an outstanding product worse and less useable. Don't fix what isn't broken. Fire your product manager and bring back the old features we love. 1. Flexible calendar 2. Mesocycle view I commit to changing this review if you commit to fixing this product that we all love. It's in git history let's go guys.

Great but missing features
This is an amazing app, but there's issues with the interface in which I can't set the maximums on gym equipment. If I only have up to 50 pounds in dumbbells, I can't have this thing telling me to start pushing 55. I also wish that I could move my work out to the next day if I had to skip it for life reasons. If chest day is always on Wednesday and I have to skip the gym, it should reset chest day to Thursday instead of making me wait the whole week.

Love this APP
Not much to say about this app besides I love it, been using it for 3 years now. However, I don't like the feature where if you miss a workout, you just miss it and have to just go to the next one. I'm a working man and at times, I might have to miss chest day Monday and just make it up on Tuesday. Why did y'all do that???

Reduced functionality
I have really enjoyed using this app for the past year plus. Recently, they took away some functions on the app that have really reduced the ability to plan workouts and customize your workout routine. Previously, the app allowed you to complete workouts out of order, and it would bump the skipped workouts to next. This allowed you to take care of your recovery (perhaps your legs were sore from a long bike ride) while not losing the workout and thus altering your plan (potentially skipping multiple peak workouts). Given the frequency that this impacts me and how important this function is to a workout plan, I would not recommend this app until fixed.
