If it says it's free, it should be free. No 3 workouts and then subscribe.. Beyond this deception.. The exercises are simple, unguided and not very varied. same exercises with small variations in position. The stretches ALL the same.. It doesn't matter which muscle group you work you always do the same stretches. Disappointment 🫤

Plus, I can't delete workouts created by the app. What a horror in the UI, click someone to make clear logic. I found it later in the points on the left. But the UI is terrible.

App done very badly due to sports incompetence. The essential exercises from home to bodyweight are missing x then progress in those with weights. In addition, the training must be probed 4 days a week. Train 2 different groups in 4 days and not every day! Not even the professionals do them because muscle growth needs 72 hours of recovery. Failed!
