Honor 7 pro the app won't open, tried all the troubleshooting solutions. Still didn't work. Please can you hotfix it so it works on the new phones.

Loses connection

App loses connection with the workplace and group I am in. I am shown policies to accept or deny, click accept and it shows a page to check internet connection and it will not connect to my workgroup. This is second time within a few months. The only option to fix it is delete the app, delete the data, reload the app and create a new login.

New update is great. Now we can only search old conversation- same as old app - but not able to reach on that by clicking on it. Thanks to remove such useful feature. Now we have to scroll up to reach. Great update.
