Fails to download latest issue at times, resolution deteriorates when scaling sometimes. Otherwise OK, at last!

With the current text to speech and AI technology, you should be able to offer a much higher quality “read aloud” option. The one you have is extremely robotic. Also, there is no pausing of the read aloud function, but rather, one has to start all over again. You should also have the option of an “auto play” which would automatically go onto reading aloud the next article so that a driver doesn't have to fuss with the app. With so many people used to listening to podcasts in their cars, the read aloud function needs to be brought up to date.

I enjoy the format of this app that I can read the WSJ like a real newspaper but on my tablet. But, the offline mode doesn't fully work. When I'm on the plane without internet, the first few pages will appear fine but then the rest of the pages are super blurry and unreadable.

I look forward to the print edition every day. Great job. I wish I didn't have to walk back in, but it doesn't happen often. I like the ability to click on an article and have it change the view to more reader-friendly format. I wish I could get a weekly, not daily print addition at a more reasonable price

Works well most of the time but occasionally fails to load fully leading to blurry text.

I began subscribing to the WSJ during Covid. With my IOS iPad tapping on the PDF was simple. Now I cannot see the whole page, no matter what I do. Sidebars and top menus all encroach on the view of the paper. I just want to read the news, not ‘push' the screen around trying to find it.

Finding & Opening My WSJ Can Be Problematic: I shouldn't have to enter my Credentials to open something I paid for.
