Love the app, it's simple and quick , unless it's down then it's difficult. Maybe y'all need to let members know when there is a problem. Also , when making special request it doesn't appear at the hotel level.

So far so good - won’t stop asking to review

This app is working great on my iPad. I had tried a previous app that they had and I had nothing but problems. This is a lot better. What I don't like is now that I use the app it asks me to submit a review. Every time I book a room it wants me to review the app. This app asks me to provide a review almost every time I book a room. Please fix this as I use the app a lot. For the past month I have been unable to book a room on the app due to error messages. I booked a room today without a error so hopefully it has been resolved.

Inconsistant

We stay about 80 nights a year in Windham hotels. Some of them are good, some are very bad. It is a shame that Windham does not offer regular customers away to leave a review of the various hotels.

None of my points or reservations appear

None of my bookings or points show up in the app. I've contacted them several times and they insist that I need to update my app. I've done this. Deleted and reinstalled. Logged out and back in. Called and emailed for help. It still does not work correctly. It never even sent me an email to confirm my booking, but my booking did indeed happen when I called til he hotel directly to confirm.
