Great app

I enjoy using the app to book all my stays. It's so easy to navigate. Only one problem, sometimes when trying to book at my favorite hotel it will show it sold out for dates. Usually it's the app, displaying wrong information. When I finally book on app it takes time show a confirmation for reservation on app. When this happens I call hotel to verify dates.

I just recently booked and stayed 2 nights with a Wyndham hotel and I did not receive my deposit back. The staff was very hateful and I did not get any points, and it don't even show that I booked and reserved and stayed very unhappy
