Xfinity continues to charge more for less features and unreliable service.
Services you pay ridiculous rates for rarely work properly. Unable to download dvr recordings for offline viewing in the app.

Almost perfect
I'd give this 5-stars except that according to Xfinity Support, there is a "3-4 day tech update/maintenance" issue right now that means no DVR recordings will show as recorded during this time span (they do show on TV). I use this app every day to stream recordings thru earbuds while I work (gardener/construction). I absolutely love the convenience. But will it really be down several days?! Where can we get updates on when this will be back running properly? Other than this, and some glitchy gaps in audio, the app is just about perfect. One suggestion: make it possible to delete recordings from the main menu by a "select" option so we can check everything and then hit delete once, and not have to X show by show. Thanks!!

Xfinity app review
I hate that when you are in the area you are unable to watch some channels. An example is, if the Penguins are playing and I'm away from home but still within 50-60 miles of home, I'm unable to watch them on the app!!!

Latest revision broke the AirPlay functionality.
Connects to AirPlay but doesn't actually display the content.

Great selection, that’s all
There is a Great selection of channels to watch and I love the option to record/ download but, the last few weeks my recordings have been extremely disappointing. 1. Movies (mostly on MGM) play in English on the channels, but when record in Spanish,all my settings are English.. 2. Movies are being recorded with audio from a different movie or show. 3. I keep getting logged out, sometimes after refreshing the screen. Pleaseeee make an app for MacBook! Amazon Video is the only one that has this option which is unfortunate because a majority of my regular shows are on Xfinity… 90% of the time I'm using my Mac and not at home, I (& many others) would love the option to download on there as well for when I don't have Wi-Fi.
