The remote App stopped working. I have used this app for years and just the other day it no longer works.

Like others said, it has suddenly stopped working. It was so convenient, much better than the guide on screen. And forget about calling for help. It's almost impossible to get a human, and the voice thing never understands the issue.

Incredibly disappointed that this app has been retired. It was fantastic for the times when my box would stop responding to the "real" remote - the app still worked. Plus, my spouse was able to use the remote app instead of swapping the remote back & forth between us.

Recently app stopped working. Shows error, try again later. Emailed Comcast, but they don't care, no response.
