Overpriced and terrible service
Bill goes up constantly. Reasons: “you live in New Jersey”. Can't ever connect with a live agent, only their automated system which you can say “live representative” 100 times and it will not connect you. Terrible. 277 a month for basic internet and cable in a single bedroom apartment? Atrocious.

App won't open to pay
Just downloaded this app and I can't pay my bill. The page just sits blank. How am I able to pay a bill if I can't make a payment?

I have been with this company for 24 years, in the last year they have become scammers, in 4 months they raised my service by $45.00, I called to disconnect the service and they offered me a new system with a low price of $105.00, I accepted it, when I checked my account the monthly payment was $244.00, when I complained they told me that the price of $105.00 was not real, in other words, they are blatantly lying to you so that you accept the conception, they are thieves!! Do not accept this company.

Good internet but they charge what they want, every time the payment for the service increases more, I'm just waiting for another company that provides service in my area to cancel xfinity, I don't recommend them 👎👎👎
