Waste of Time
This app is useless. You cannot sign in unless you use your browser. There is absolutely nothing intuitive about the app. There are so many issues I have with the app and all other means of communicating with Comcast, I do not want to waste any more time.

Useless
Can't log in to my account anymore. Used to be seamless - quick Face ID scan - and I was in. Now it wants to log me in via their website but just continually asks me for my password. If I login via my browser it works but the app is now useless. Nice job guys….You raised my rates for this??

Terrible service
You're charging me for something that does not work. The phone number does not work on my mobile device you gave me. You get a zero rating. Fix my account I owe you nothing.

Horrible costumer service
They won't connect you to anybody as a supervisor or any hire ups. They'll put you on hold for a hour or two just to hang up and have to repeat yourself and then hang up on you. Techs never show up or they won't fix the issues. If you have complains there is no one to reach nor will they contact you when they say they will, I'm still waiting on a call from hire ups and I've been for 2/3yrs for that call, they will not apply credits when they say they will. Don't get xfinity unless you like getting lied to and getting dipped off
