Most infuriating app on earth
No matter what you try it's impossible to get beyond their bots that give you the same irrelevant and useless responses. If you try to report an outage it tells you there is no outage “in your area. For anything else you get the same advice - unplug everything etc etc. For a communications conglomerate they are terrible at communicating. And their stores in my area are worse.

Always loading bill statement
They can not keep the app connected to the pony that loading bill statements is not possible nor is it possible to even pay as the app keeps loading the statement. Horrible app and highly disappointed customer.

Terrible service
Terrible service will be switching providers if you don't stop having issues. Whatever you did last month in the area made the service horrible - slow and unreliable

It will randomly pause you
There's no way to turn it off. It'll pause you if you're in the middle of a meeting or whatever you're doing. It is a dumb feature that you should be able to disable.

Extremely inefficient and ineffective.
Had to discuss issues with agent multiple agents. They assured me it would be addressed, and it wasn't. Received a phone call from an agent and he was extremely rude and not helpful.
