Poor customer service. Representative gives me total price for service but when I get bill it's much more. When questioned they just point finger at each other and don't correct. Takes forever to talk to person about problem.

The app is good but can you please include the times the doors are opening and closing on the purple xfinity app... I used to be able to use the home xfinity now it doesn't work it says there is trouble try again later... the purple app doesn't show the door times but other than that it's good

Xfinity has started putting a pop up ad when you open the app. You have to close the ad before you can do anything else. If you click on the ad and do everything it suggests the ad still pops up next time you open the app.
