Sanctioned Domestic Terrorism
Though Yelp provides a helpful service if you squint, there need to be drastic changes for its positive impact to outweigh its negative. Open up commenting on reviews. People should be held accountable for their behavior on this app. Until then you are actively making everyone s dining experience worse, on both sides of the transaction.

I had reservations for a large group. We were all seated by 6 PM and drink orders were in by 615 then two waitresses took our food orders. By 8 o'clock we still have not gotten our food. There were people around us in and had eaten and left before we finally got our food and that was not everybody by 8:30 and 840. To top the whole thing off both the waitresses and the manager tried to blame the delay on us one of the told one of my friends when she said I'll never come back here again she said fine don't. The manager who was not really involved until the end argued that it was all of our fault because so many people got appetizers. No one actually got an appetizer. A few people ordered crabcakes as their meal and to top that off. They didn't even come out. Until 7:31 time going there last time.

They hide reviews
Yelp and their employees hide certain reviews to align with their values and needs. Fake and unethical picking and choosing which reviews are visible. Google has never done this to any of my reviews

Don’t waste your time
Rip off. $18 for two tiny containers of soup and Mac and cheese. Didn't get the order right to start with. Not going back. Need the option for no stars.

ppl review too harshly on this app. A restaurant might have 3 stars but the food smacks.

this company is a scammer because I started a business for 3 days they didn't teach or help the operators you wait for an hour and a half it's impossible to talk to them hang up you don't finish the conversation and they don't explain They deceived me, withdrew 136 dollars from my account, and did not give the order and do not answer calls. You wait for hours, but they do not answer,,, you are thieves you are liars you are fraudsters the client needed to paint the doors to contact this client
