Horrible Horrible Restaurant
We were told our weight would be an hour and a half with a restaurant half full. Ended up only being 30 minutes after we decided to wait anyway we got our appetizers. The entrées never came when we asked why we were told it was a technical issue and the food never was entered into the system.

Not a happy customer
I went for the 16oz prime rib only to find out that they didn't have any. It's on the menu as a customer favorite and they ran out of it. I passed up a home cooked meal for nothing. I didn't even eat. Disappointing for sure. Never going back again.

Can't read Menus
Apparently Yelp recently turned the compression settings on photos up so high you literally can't read a lot of menus due to compression artifacts and low resolution. Brilliant!

White Oak restaurant
Called restaurant to reserve a high top bar table for Saturday night. WAs told it would not be available. As the hostess is telling me this I noticed that there were two tables behind her with “Reserved” signs on them. Pretty obvious that we got bumped to the dining room where the acoustics are very bad. Spent the entire evening having to shout across the table at one another.

Horrible service
Food is good. The service and attitude is always very bad. They are racist to non Hispanic people and treat them worse. I have been here several times and always tip good and they are never friendly. Most recent time will be my last. A man sitting eating had a squeeze bottle of their green salsa. I ordered 3 items and they gave me one tiny half filler container of sauce. Maybe enough for 1. When I asked for the squeeze bottle they told me no and proceeded to tell me I had to pay for extra sauce. I multiple times explained there was a guy I could see sitting that had a bottle of the sauce and I was looking for that same treatment. He was Hispanic none the less which leads me to believe they treat other nationality's different, as a business in 2025 this is a very bad look.

Outsource to Grubhub
If you have problems with your driver not following directions, order delivery to the wrong building and want to speak to someone don't bother Grubhub says can't help….be careful you don't places orders with yelp!

Why do we use this app
Want to look for a restaurant in your city? Too bad! Yelp will give you everything in a 500 mile radius. Want a Mexican restaurant? Too bad, you have to see every available store… pizza places, convenience stores, drug stores, auto parts. Why even have a filter option or a search option? GARBAGE.
