Just stop with the UI changes
If you are going to constantly force UI changes, can you at least give us the option to turn them off. There's literally no need to keep adding in more “functionality”. It's quite literally unsustainable. You can't add features forever. Accept you have a good product and just stop. If your engineers need a project, develop a new app.

Can’t create an account or login
I used YNAB 15 years ago, close to when it was initially developed, but hadn't used it in years. I downloaded the app to try it on my phone but am completely unable to access anything on the app. When I click to login with Apple, I get a popup stating that there was a problem logging in with my current email address. When I try to login with Google, I get an error message that no account exists. When I try to use standard login and click to reset my password, I get a popup that no account exists with my email. There is no option to create an account from the main screen when I open the app. Pretty disappointed, as I have no idea how to login or create a new account at this point. No option to contact support either, since I can't access the app at all.

Wish I could roll back 2-3 updates
Thanks, YNAB /s. You've now brought me to the point of turning off automatic app updates for the first time in over 5 years. The app is getting way too busy with stuff I will not use. I still want my dots back (without having to tap "select"). I will not use the spotlight thing. The only recent-ish change Ive liked was the added reporting. Seriously, can I get the last version back that had the selection dots on by default?

Bad updates
Now an update removes the pinned category and puts it into some unjustified second screen "Spotlight" that is also less information dense. It's even more stupid than that as these pinned categories are literally not visible if I try and look at future months. Again, a bunch of retrograde steps adding taps where previously using it was efficient, and removing functionality. Can you go back to spending your developer time not changing ease of use things please. These recent changes are all missing the mark in a big way and will make me move on. Shades of SONOS mismanagement and should be more careful.

Love it but expensive when you can’t link
Love the product but expensive when you you can't link bank accounts really should offer discount when they don't provide the full functionality inna country so feel a bit ripped off on that score

Hassle
I really enjoyed my free trial and definitely felt more in control of my money, but unfortunately, I have to reauthorize my bank account daily. It's just not worth the hassle.

Scam - Not Worth It
This App is a cool idea in theory, but in reality it's a budgeting app for toddlers. It doesn't work well. After the free trial they auto-subscribe you to a year long membership for $109. That would be okay if it worked well, this app functions very poorly for anyone trying to plan and follow a proper budget. I would like my money back-as I don't use this app because it doesn't work for me.
