Total Rip Off - Don’t sign up
I signed up for a 3 month trial as the ad on Facebook looked amazing, join our amazing challenge!! But it was just an app with workouts like every other fitness app out there. I never used the app and then they charged me for another 3 months when I presumed I had only signed up for a 3 month trial. I have emailed asking for a refund and of course they hide behind terms and conditions. Buyer beware, there are much cheaper programs out there, as you can see from other reviews on here this company are only interested in taking your money. And please don't reply with the contact us email. I have been in touch with your so called customer service already!!!

Irrelevant and auto-renewal
Tried once: the exercise only lasted 5 minutes and seemed useless to me So I went back to youtube and there I pay 38€ for the renewal!

I like this app very much, do the exercises every morning. From time to time it happens that the same exercises come twice in a row or several times in one exercise section. But otherwise ok.

Disappointed As soon as I bought the product, I fractured a rib, because I couldn't practice, I requested a refund, as I was only able to do three workouts. I sent reports, exams, but it was no use, because the answer they gave me was to cancel the subscription. If I could, I would give it zero stars. 😡
