It took me years because there are only a few surveys I was involved in (it varies a lot in periods) but I managed to collect the prize... now I'm waiting to see it in my account

I keep getting notifications saying that it's stopped tracking when it's STILL TRACKING!!! It's FREAKING OBNOXIOUS!

The app is ok most of the time but desperately needs a dark mode as it's far too bright. Also the surveys used to be much more interesting but now 99% of the surveys I get ask repetitive and dull questions about brands instead of politics. I'd complete more surveys if I knew what they were about before starting one, so I can pick which ones I spend time on

This looks like a great scam, the more points you get and therefore the closer you get to a voucher and the fewer surveys you receive... just to really make you suffer, at the beginning a survey almost every day and around 2000 points there is only 1 or 2 surveys per week in the best case... simple coincidence? I don't think so...

App gives lots of surveys but the last few times I was close to cash out all of a sudden I have to contact support but then it takes them MONTHS to get back to me leaving my account unable to be used for MONTHS its really getting ridiculous its like they don't want me to cash out im just over it after sending several emails and not hearing back I deleted the app it seems like wasted time and customer support SUCKS!!!

Surveys stopped opening for me. Instead, they show my points status.

This i still using 2021 but sunndely logout from app but didn't getting otp and also ..... customer didn't reply emil many time i emil this app customer care but didn't reply.....wrost app i have seen ever
