There's a bug when i want to cash out the money

I tried to log in and was given a code but it didn't appear in the email

Never got a survey

I liked the app and the site, I even received it, but recently I tried to log in and it gave incorrect password (detail: check password saved on the computer and it was right, because I had never changed password there). I asked to recover password and never received the email and, therefore, I could not enter. I tried to talk to support and got no response either. And I had about 40.00 to be withdrawn. Anyway, I was teased

My girlfriend gave me the link to do the 6 surveys but she only lets me do 1, so you can't go over 150 points and when you pass the link the other person can only do 1 survey, basically it's a method to take your data and share the link
