YouGov | unitQ Score

For some time now, points have not been added to the account... I wrote to them but it turned out as always, no response. I am starting to believe that now they have started cheating.

I downloaded the app. I got to take just one survey. Have not had any more since then. This is the only survey app I know that doesn't give you many thruout the day. Frustrating

It was great but currently I am not getting the login code ,I keep trying but I still don't see the code again when I try to login I have emailed customer support multiple times still no fix and no reply We appreciate if you could get this fix then I will change my review

I can't access my account anymore. What's going on?

Im about to redeem gift card few more points to go but now they are not giving any survey from two months.

The YouGov app doesn't work. I think this is because the company changed the way their respondents login. You're meant to provide your email address and they're meant to send a code. I do not receive the code! I've written to the company and have just received a brush off. I'm disappointed because I thought things were going well for a while.

Worst application, i am using this for last 4 years and complete 5000 points and redeem for gift Card but the reward is not delivered wasted my whole time......i am contacting every where but everone says this is not under them the dont have a coustomer care number even....i am going to take legal action against yougov.

At the beginning they sent a lot of survey to us , but when we almost reach 5,000 points , they stop sending the survey to us. so we will never reach 5,000 points. now I delete these app.

Since today it says there is a problem and I should contact support. Unbelievable. Requesting a code doesn't work, it doesn't arrive. You have been hacked. That's what happens when you sell everything abroad!
