In general it is a decent app, but what makes it bad is its terrible customer service, not to say none, and on the other hand, the scarce offer of surveys and the misery of points that they give for the time invested, that you offer 100 points for 40 minutes of survey seems to me to value people's time at all. The good thing I find are the methods and options of redeeming points and the option of uploading history of some platforms in exchange for points, but we come back to the same thing, they constantly give errors that make people waste time and points and do not give any kind of support/response to incidents, example: the Steam upload has been giving an error for more than 1 year and they do not fix it. As long as they don't fix these problems, I think there are better options like Maximiles.
