Reps tell you to go to the app for all info on one's case but the app doesn't show all needed info. You can only see approved or denied as well as adding any documents they need. Not very helpful otherwise.

This app has not worked on my phone for more than a year
This app used to be easy to be able to use but ever since a year and a half ago the app no longer loads when signing in nothing but a white blank screen just loads and nothing ever signs in it prompt me to sign in again and again and again and again the white screen never moves forward to even log into my account when I click for Support. All it does is take me to the government website for your Texas benefits and there is no support there. I would like to be able to have access to my account through my mobile phone please let me know if there's any updates or anything that needs to be done.

Couldn't reset my password because of an error that is related to the app. Using online to upload takes alot of time and when you have no other choice to provide these documents it would be a nice to have to enter your details only once.

Unusable
The mobile App has been down for 3 weeks !! All it says when one tries to log in is “system unavailable “. We've called in and attempted all the typical solutions, all to no avail!! Gee whiz ya'll

Not an efficient app
I am only able to enter my username and password and as soon as I try to login the screen turns white and it won't load and it hasn't worked for me in a long time?!

why you can't find how to even look at your address much less change it took me 30 minutes to even find it to where I could change it......... To the developer. There was no error message. That's just how complicated it is to find the address or to try to just view your own information.

Decided to try to go paperless. But as I try to log in my screen goes black… how am I supposed to go paperless when my only way to do it won't work?!
