Trash app, the help section of the app crashes the app. There is no customer support or phone to call for problems. They ask too much personal information. Then when you transfer money they keep it in hold cause of reasons.

Bad customer service
I have submitted an error in the app that doesn't allow to send money to Mx anymore, except through one single bank and I never got a response. Per phone it was said that I would have a follow-up per mail, which never arrived

First the exchange rate used to be top on market now it does not compare ....yet you also started charging a fee on each transaction

Good app, never had any problems with it until my account got blocked because I didn't want to give out any more personal information, like: what kind of work I do, bank statements and more.., and also more information about the people I send money to, what my relationship is with them, and their id's.. too bad it went like this after a quite long period of using this app.

Never use this app for your money. the money will be stuck and you have no other option other than to wait. basically no customer care will help you. you'll only have a chat with AI not a real person. please stay away from them
