Service outage for 4 days nonsense
Service outage for 4 days nonsense I sent 3 transactions since the 28 march till today the receiver has not received any payment, it says in progress once I got their help page it says service outage. Fix the issue please this is nonsense. If I want to cancelled my transaction it says I will have to received my money after 7 days what nonsense is this?. I will stop using you guys if you don't fix my issue today.

Can't change country and phone number
I accidentally picked the wrong country of residence and now I can't return back and choose another one, you don't let me choose country code.

It was a good application but so far in 2025 it does not let me send saying that it is invalid, I wrote to help me solve that incident and they did not. Find another way to send money

My account was "temporarily deactivated" and to check my email for further information. It's been several weeks, no email, no information. No customer service to reach out to or open. They can't be contacted. Stay away from this company since they don't care about helping or giving service.
