Beware of subscribing to emails. They make it purposely hard to opt out. Try being signed in with your Google account and they will only give you a quick sign in prompt for Apple and Facebook. I only signed in with my Google account and after getting 20 emails per day I try to opt out and even though I'm signed in the app they don't let me access notification options until I sign in again but with no Google account log in. 👎👎👎

The bot "press and hold" feature is the worst I've ever experienced. It doesn't work most of the time, so you are unable to log into the app.

Google Street View still bugged/glitching!

Updated review: They fixed the photo bug (thank you!) but the ongoing bug with Google Street view not working properly within the app Vs still not fixed! Original review: Title: Photo bug still not fixed Recently I have to click on every single photo individually to view them. I used to be able to scroll through them seamlessly, but now every time I try to scroll through the photos, each photo pops up individually. It is very annoying and has me using Zillow far less until they fix this bug.

I can't apply. When I try it ask me for $35 when I already paid. Landlords can't see me. My clearances still haven't been done. Tech support hasn't helped. The chat keeps asking me for detailed issues. I have to keep repeating the issues in a chat. I've asked for a supervisor. Got no response. I've asked for a refund. Got no response. You can't speak to a live representative. This is very scammy

I paid $70 dollars for two adults to apply to houses, just to be ghosted by every application I've put in with no reason why. If I do get a response they want me to pay another fee with their company. I just need to know why a family of 6 with a 60k a year income can't RENT A HOME WTAF. It's one thing to tell us we'll NEVER OWN A HOME, BUT TO NEVER RENT A HOME WITH A SQUEAKY CLEAN RECORD IS CRAZY. I'm ptfo I've spent over $200 on Zillow and the REALTORS they allow to scam people
