Listings are inaccurate garbage
Someone was trying to sell a condo and they said it was built by Frank Loyd wright. I reported this listing but Zillow won't take it down. So many fraudulent listings it's become a joke. Zillow does nothing !!! Nothing. I saw a parking space for sale as a single family home. A boat slip for sale as a home. Garbage. Zillow has become garbage.

Zillow Allows for Realtors to Post False Descriptions
Property description indicated Condos had been designed by architect Frank Loyd Wright. Realtor provided false information, reported to Zillow and I was advised to reach out to listing agent provided in listing. Be ware of those listing. A lot of of fraud out there…

Zestimate
The zestimate seem to be frequently off by 5% or occasionally more and it always seems to be on the low side of what they sell for. I think verifying and updating this would help make the app more user friendly.

Wiped out!!!
I'm so upset right now. I've been communicating with Landlord through the Zillow app after paying the $35 fee for unlimited applications to send in to put in on possible rental properties and now I have no way to reach them no way to let them know what is going on. And so far have heard nothing back from Zillow.

I’ve used daily for 3 years now
Extremely mediocre app. You'd expect for from a company with the reach Zillow has. Notifications are inconsistent. Saved search shows me unwanted “Within Buyability” alert bubbles instead of price alerts. Just so an annoyingly mediocre app for so long.

The Format of Favorites Page
The newish format of the favorites page only allows for a small space at the bottom of the page to see your selected favorites. There's too many other selection fields at the top not related to your favorite homes. Also I'm not letting ok'ing for a rental. How do You remove that from the screen?

Crashes constantly
This app crashes constantly. I have the latest version and it will still crash frequently and it's very annoying. Also, you need to be able to filter out homes that are in 55+ communities. Very frustrating to look at a potential home and then later realize you're too young to actually buy it.

Aggravating
Many homes are now under contract. Zillow is supposed to filter those out. Why look at homes that are not for sale? I used to like Zillow, now I'm going with another real estate app that does truly filter out under contract homes.
