This app is barely useful the way it currently operates for me. When sorting results it avoids sorting anything with an orange tag in the listing's photo upper corner. So I try to sort, but I just end up with 20 entries at the top of the list that will not sort. Those entries do match my filter, but since the sort function does not work on them I have to manually sort through them. This makes the sort feature almost useless. It does correctly sort the house that do not have the orange tag.

Garbage... Does not maintain filtered information, give updates on areas that you've driven through when not even planning on buying a home in that area...

Did not need to change the app to have separate sections when viewing a listing

It was fine the way it was. Now it's buggy. Thank you so much zillow management for poor decisions.

Changes to maps aren’t helpful

For some reason, names of businesses such as grocery stores and restaurants have stopped showing up on the map. This is a vital feature in choosing a neighborhood… knowing what is around the area. Please bring that version of the maps back.

Updates

Quit sending updates like something is new when it's not. Saying the listing has been there for xx days is not an update. Very annoying.

Rental listings

I have tried to list a property or two and created a listing and am nonstop getting notifications for houses for sale. Very confusing website.

Double Fees

I feel like you're paying double when you pay for the Zillow background screening but all landlords are going to ask for their own screening that you have to pay for. I feel like if a landlord chooses to list their property under the Zillow application then that should be the application they use.
