Ease of making an appointment
When you are not well, and you have been to this clinic before, all of my insurance info should be stored to make it as easy as possible for a returning patient to book an appointment. It took several attempts to complete this appointment But was finally able to do so.

App crashes
The app crashes when you open doctors with multiple locations. Other than that the app is pretty helpful when it does work. The website runs better than the app honestly.

Awful, never actually took my insurance
I have tried to use Zocdoc for YEARS to find medical help. Not a single appointment ever worked out because none of them actually took my insurance despite Zocdoc saying they did. I would give it zero stars if I could. If you need medical help of any kind, go through your insurance provider via phone or website.

Appointment
Doctor had no record of appointment although I had confirmation from Zocdoc. Doctor was able to see me without appointment.

Cancellations in advance are not allowed
They blocked my account because I cancelled well in advance a few times. Apparently even if you cancel weeks in advance it creates inconveniences for doctors so you get on zocdoc's “black list”.

worst app ever everything is wrong. you better call and check al your info and if they really take your insurance. went to an appointment, and they wasted my time gas and effort

Keeps “verifying” making unusable
