Hard to complete the forms and get them signed properly
I've been having trouble completing the forms which isn't a huge deal but it would be nice if you could actually fill out the documents

Rating system is suspect
Went to “highly rated” doctor for a routine preventative check up but ended up with a massive lab bill when the doctor ordered a ton of unnecessary tests without my knowledge or consent. I don't know if he thought had premium insurance or just saw me as a sucker but I would be hard pressed to trust another doctor on here until they start properly vetting them.

Terrible experience
This seemed like a good app for doctors and appointments. Not so. I set this up, booked an appointment and uploaded my information. The doctors office called to reschedule the appointment. The app is not updated by the office and they just laughed when I told them. When I cancelled the appointment in the app because the office changed it, I got another call asking if I wanted to cancel and if I wanted to keep the new appointment. Absurd. If the app does not interface with an office it is useless. Deleted the app and won't use again

it only shows chiropractors. i need a new pcp and gynecologist after i moved and the only doctors it has listed is chiropractors

Convenience doesn't equal ease
While the concept and actual application of the app and its intended purpose is easy. I had two of three appointments rescheduled almost immediately after booking through the app because those appointment times didn't actually exist. And on top of that, I was scheduled with an out of network provider despite the app insuring it was in network. So what should've been a routine visit was $300. Not happy.
