Placed order said 12 mins after 6mins says 9 min and on time. At 12:10 says 7 mins on time the at 12:12 mins says 7 mins on time. I guess the AI Zomato use is lost its mind in terms of math and Time Intelligence calculation. Finally came in 40 mins after ordering and don't who it's that chat bot Zia. Irritated. So uninstalled. No more relation with Zomato in future.

Zomato is a scam. I placed one order at late night delivery partner called me and I missed his call and the order is cancelled. I called the delivery partner and he said that food was assigned to another customer. Which means for 1 order they collected 2 charges from different customers. Main thing is 2nd customer thought the food is coming from the restaurant which is not. They won't provide proper customer service also. Don't you think this is a scam? Customer service is poor.
