Zomato's failure to fulfill the order after making me wait for 30-40 minutes, only to cancel it at the last moment due to an out-of-stock issue, demonstrates a clear deficiency in service. Such mismanagement not only causes frustration but also leaves customers stranded without alternatives, effectively disrupting their meal plans and causing undue inconvenience. Moreover, the delayed refund further adds to the disappointment.
