Zoosk has continually not been able to clear my account of the blank pictures through live stream, and I have contacted them through email several times. Now, there is a tune that plays whenever I browse and use their app, and I do not know how to stop it

I have experienced, the same terrible experience I have with another account on Zoosk, I have not been able to clear my live stream pictures that are all blank, and now there is a tune that plays whenever I open the Zoosk app, I have contacted Zoosk several times via email and they have done nothing about it

The worst
This is the worst of all dating apps. They limit who you can search (change criteria and some people who should be there suddenly are not). There's tons of “verified” fake accounts (image and age don't match). They keep lots of dead accounts (to increase engagement). They duplicate many accounts (same image, 200 miles apart). They pretend some profiles are suddenly new when they weren't in the past. Their smartpick is useless because it gives no rationale except minimal irrelevant data. The carousel is also useless unless you decide on looks alone. There's never anyone online, so that's useless too. Your profile pretty much disappears after a while unless you pay for boosts. The more you boost the more it's pointless. In the end, everything is geared towards a false engagement exclusively designed to force you to spend “coins” so as to improve the poor functionality they offer subscribers. It's like dating handed over to pure greed and laziness. Zoosk should be ashamed of itself for ruthlessly exploiting people.

Horrible. All a money grab. I feel if someone sends you a message you should be able to read and reply with out paying. The one initiating it would have already paid .so this is just b.s to get you to pay for fake people. Or give everyone a free week for trial run. I upgraded and only for met with auto replies from messages and not once a follow up. I canceled subscription and then all the likes and views and messages started coming in....and obviously couldn't see them ..what a joke
