Drivewise is difficult. There should be an option to show that yes I was the driver, but my phone was being used by someone else. I have a four year old and I give him my phone for longer trips to watch videos, which means yes there phone activity, but I'm still being a safe driver!

App used to work great but latest version won't save when you're a passenger. I have always been 100% truthful but if your app isn't going to save it when I change whether I'm the driver or passenger, what good is it?

Producers push the app for drivewise, then drivewise is programmed into the back corner of the app, then the app forces you to give them full permissions, then drivewise doesn't work. Extremely frustrating experience everytime I try to use this app. Edit: To the automated reply asking me to waste me time to contact someone who is going to tell me to delete and re-download the app again: I'll pass, you're still not helpful

Policy for new cars
Every time we go and try to put a new car on our policy the app does not except the new car and makes us talk to an agent to get covered.

Can't open the app, it's complete crap, it doesn't give me options and it doesn't let me see my account statement, I'm going to change insurance companies since I don't have access to my information at the time I need it

Poor technical design: battery damage
This app is poorly designed, as it continuously uses the GPS sensor, regardless of whether you are in a car. This constant GPS usage severely drains the battery, leading to damage that required me to replace my phone. The developers failed to implement basic software engineering principles, such as smart GPS usage. A smarter design could have prevented this issue. Overall, the app is a poorly written that significantly impacts battery life.
