Axis bank seem to be trying to kill the app. App opens, shows debugging error and then crashes. Not a one-off thing, it has been going on for more than a month. Extremely low service standards

Bug not being fixed
Hi, there is a bug in your app, whenever the login fails due to any reason like no network, or other genuine reasons, face scan login gets disabled automatically, seems illogical and doesn't seem like any security feature, again setting the face scan using a password is a hell of a task everytime

this app has stopped working since few days....even after login, there is nothing happening in the app and ultimately the app is getting hanged ad and closed. I even tried reinstalling, but after reinstallation, it's not even allowing ti enter the login credentials. Please check urgently.
