The app doesn't value customers
Most of the promotions are only for new customers, the application does not work properly and contains errors - I recommend it to the competition.

The worst delivery ever, there are always delays there are always mistakes and couriers are completely useless they deliver spilled drinks and food and they see that this is the case and still trying to pass the spilled stuff to you, you are the worst food delivery company we have ever used. Well done it takes lots of effort to be that bad.

Why cant i order anything
I cant order food that i like becouse you dont drive that far even tho Its 20 minute ride from černý most prague. U shloud change the drive distance nobody can order anything even 20 minutes away from the restaurant.

They repeatedly increase [phone] delivery times and more minutes, zero options for resolving dissatisfaction. If you're hungry, go to the competition, this is total garbage

After an hour and a half, I gave up waiting for food, I wasn't going to be up until two in the morning. One order was cancelled after 40 minutes, and the wait time kept increasing for the other. And as an apology, I got a voucher for 55 crowns, when all other restaurants only had a transport of 59,-... Really ridiculous, I'm losing patience with this company because it's not the first time you've had a meal left..!

I don't rate the app, but the sheer incompetence of DM for not being able to hire a driver for delivery and the order was canceled several times due to the fact that they don't have a driver ! I'm adjusting the rence because the map doesn't show where the driver is at the moment. I have it in front of my house and the app tells me that it is still at the branch. The courier confirmed the same problem.
