Very few transaction options available... Why try to act as a bank if you're not willing to give the full features of a bank, you should've just maintained the status of purely being a loan app, instead of deceiving people to think you're more than that. Also, you can't report a transaction, if it fails or if it was fraudulent, you're totally on your own. Customer service is a bot at most. Disappointed honestly... Expected better. Based on your reply, do the needful...

Easy to navigate.. I would have given a five star rating but after rapaying a loan , I was denied another and I had to wait for another 15 days .. definitely you're not one to rely on

The app is nice, user freindly, easy transaction process. But one thing is high interest rate, pls u guys should do something about cos someone might be in a situation where he or she needs little token like 5k and end up paying almost 7k back that's interest of 2k in just 30 days . and also pls they need to be a discount option for those that wants to pay earlier i paid about 8 days earlier before my due date and still paid thesame interest amount , is quite painfull pls do something about it.

This app performances sucks. The only good areas are when you receive and transfer. If you mistakenly transfer to the wrong person, your money don go be that. Registering a new beneficiary na wahala. I've been trying to upgrade to level 3 for over 3 months now buh always showing blank page. The developers of this app still dey len work.
