It says that I can play games. I play them but don't always get the points that's promised. Also, when I play the games that are suggested, they ask for money. So, really, it's a scam, and I don't like that.

I got a response and here's what I say I couldn't scan my Receipts because my phone was acting up had to factory reset my phone well my phone number was linked to my old account and I couldn't do nothing about it because there wasn't an option to explain why oh and called customer support number u Provided andit was out of service so I got a new number to get my points I was looking forward to and saved my receipts for now cant so please bring back old receipts scan

I've had Walmart e-reciepts only show about half of what I've bought, so I have to go in & add items, & try to put the price in also. Scanned paper receipts, not registering points. I never had these issues until a few months ago with an update. It's getting frustrating.

At first app was good and I used it as often as possible. The last 6 months I have been unable to scan receipts because it keeps asking for my phone number to verify my account, but says my phone number is already registered to another account. I can never get to the point that I can scan receipts like I was able to before and now I am getting notices that my 11,000+ points will be canceled because my account has been inactive. I am beyond frustrated!

I had over 150,000 points taken away. I've reached out to customer service and I never hear anything back from them. I go to check my tickets and my message is gone. Very disappointed.

Has gone downhill, every scan i do is o ly 25 points. Used to get bonuses all the time. Never anymore

I played the game for OVER the length of time it showed that I needed to play for, and I didn't receive my coins. Don't waste my time. (New user here)
