Disappointing. He arrived at the destination almost 3 hours late. I missed the flight with the consequent expense. The bus was dirty, stained, and smelled funny. The driver was driving very badly and there was no control that people did not eat on board. It's the second time it's happened to me and never again.

Why is there no longer the possibility to drive from Erdberg at the airport! I and many others from my circle of friends find that very, very sad😭

Too bad, we took 2 buses. Route 1, Paris to Brussels. Outsourced bus, filthy toilet and stank all over the bus. The trip itself was smooth. Route 2, Brussels to Amsterdam. Flix bus, it was cleaner, however air conditioning didn't work. That was the temperature of 25° outside.

Unacceptable.
To be avoided absolutely. We bought two one-way tickets and two return tickets from Paris to Etretat. We showed up at the bus stop on time with the other passengers but no buses showed up. Half of the passengers found themselves waiting for a bus that never showed up. No explanatory email or notification. I understand that there may be problems (breakdowns etc...) but the minimum would be to WARN, put in [address] The application just warned us of a delay but nothing more. Impossible to contact the after-sales service because the phone number does not answer on Sundays while it is specified that it is 7 days a week 24 hours a day; Unacceptable and totally lacking in seriousness. Too bad I can't put -100. I demand a refund. Our day was completely ruined thanks to you Flixbus.

I couldn't enter my ticket in the app, not to mention the lack of staff on weekends!! I missed my 2nd flixbus because of the delay of the 1st and I had to manage alone with 2 children in a city I don't know because they are too stingy to put the customer service on the weekend! A great scam!!

Worst bus company in France, run away there at all costs if you can! More than 3 hours of delay on a trip and no more connections and they are not the ones who are going to offer you any help...

Horrible avoiding this company, only cancelled buses, it's the 4th time and it's the worst, 4 hours waiting on the highway during the night, a CALVARY that I'll never forget, never FLIXBUS 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 again, don't believe the good notes, these are old ones that date back 5, 7 years when the company was still good, Take into account the reviews of 2024, only 1 star.

Flixbus is a good alternative for the people with a little less money or need for certain luxuries. the app is 100% worthless didn't work didn't give any or unclear information didn't answer my questions wasn't up to date during my trip
