Frustrating and Expensive Experience with Service Reliability
I've had multiple issues with the FreeNow service, including frequent driver cancellations and significant delays. Most recently, I was forced to cancel a ride due to the driver taking an unnecessarily long route to my location, which resulted in a cancellation fee that I am currently disputing. This pattern of unreliability has become a major inconvenience, detracting significantly from what could be a convenient service. Customer support needs to address these consistent issues promptly. I hope for improvements in the future but, for now, I am left disappointed and frustrated with the service.

No control on taxi drivers’ professionalism
The App is good. However in some places (i.e. Rome) is unreliable as there is no control on taxi drivers' ethic.

Drivers should be punished for taking and then rejecting a ride. Frequent failure to take a course from less popular locations, e.g. Wilanów, Bielany, Białołęka.

A lot of times my taxi left or didn't come at all. I think that there isn't a proper cooperation with the app and the taxidrivers. Although, most of the taxidrivers are decent and I will continue to use taxi apps, because I feel that they are more safe when you use a taxi, as you know what will you pay and information for drivers.
