Always some problem with them
Yes, there are good deals to be had but I donât know if theyâre actually worth the headache anymore. Iâve had one out of five deals so far this year that went smoothly. The rest required a lot of time and customer service employees who were unhelpful.

Discount scam
Checkout price was $82, instead of $110 because of the discountâpromoâ. However when I process the transaction Groupon charges my credit card $110.

Groupon has been holding over $50 of my money hostage and has tried to blame me repeatedly for the "technical issues" 10/10 would not recommend to anyone But I will be recommending the better business bureau to look into theft charges

Will say failed purchase and still charge
I was sent an email about my purchase being failed only to discover it went through after I paid the vendor directly and do not live near this location. Groupon refuses to refund my money.

Voucher expired, too many emails
The first time I used Groupon I had trouble getting my voucher, so it expired and I wasted $40. Should have prominently stated the expiration date! Also, itâs not necessary to email me five times a day!
