I placed my order over 5 days ago. It's still at the facility. Expected another 5 days in shipping. Just give yourself lots of extra time

Sketchy on many levels
They store your payment/bank information automatically even if you don't mark the box to do so. When you ask the customer service agents to delete that information, the miraculously disappear from the chat service and never reply to you again. Also, I find their return policy horrible. Especially when you look at the reviews of the different clothing pieces, and almost all of them say it looks different in person. I wouldn't mind spending a lot more if I knew I could return items I do not care for. But not for a company who doesn't back up their pieces with free returns. So many other better places to shop where they make it easy for you. Why bother with this app?

Navigation needs work!
I love the clothes, but the app is terrible. No back button, no home button. You have to totally close the app to get back to the home page.

I really like the clothes here but their shipments are very late and they put promotions on items without having stock 🥲 from there on out the good attention but anyway, I hope that my clothes arrive before the 17th of this month

Waiting, waiting, waiting if the delivery ever gets here I might add a star... Tracking is useless as it is stuck as preparing. App is so messy and full of strange re-directs. I sure hope the clothes will be worth this.. but - even if so I think that the long delivery will prevent me from placing another order ever again.

So it takes 19 days to arrive for free shipping, and I paid for fast shipping for it to arrive in 5-7 days and it is still taking 13 days for me to get my items ??? The product is great but shipping is a lie
