Can’t find statements
Load of products and everything is easy except I can't load my statements on the mobile app so I went on the computer and I can't find the statements on the computer now I can't even find out to contact anyone

No customer service for missing item
I have tried for two days to get information on a missing item from my order. I finally found customer service phone number it asked questions that I had to punch in number responses and then went dead. Very frustrating

My auto shop order To whom it may concern: I currently am on vacation in Florida. If you have recently sent me a letter I obviously can not respond! However, this morning, I received notification that my auto ship order has been cancelled due to my request! I have at no time requested my auto shipment of Beekman to be cancelled! I love the product and do not wish to cancel it! I see no place how I can send the notification of my cancelled order to you…I do have it, and am willing to send it to you via email! Please…I do not wish to cancel my order. Please respond as I will be looking forward to hear from you.e help I also have tried to respond but the messages I keep getting is that my ‘nickname' is already taken!!! Susan Evans

Very hard to use and glitchy
At first I tried ordering through an ad on Facebook and it malfunctioned four times it just kept going back to the beginning of the order which was super irritating. Then I got the app and it was barely better. Very annoyed

Worst
I can not create an account after at least ten tries, they tell me there is an error but don't do anything to fix it . Get the same error again and again. They just lost a good customer

This app needs some improvements ASAP! I've tried uninstalling it and it doesn't fix the problems. When you choose a category and a sub-category, when you click on an item and then click the back button, it takes me back to the home screen! I have to select the categories all over again! Same thing if I sort the items, when you click on an item and try to go back to the sorted list, it takes you back to the home screen all over again! Makes me switch to the other home shopping network!

Please add the fit and sizing back on our app orders. You cannot have a standard sizing guide because all designers don't use the same fit. I see tonight it has been removed, 04/11/24
