I find it unbearable that this app is used for advertising purposes. So uninstall it and if I fly with KLM again, I can only install it for the flight if necessary.

Unstable and since the recent update, the seat selection menu in your flight overview can no longer be clicked (sometimes it can but usually not). Recently I've been using the KLM website again. Very awkward!

Frequent flyer should appear automatically
Check-in menu is excellent, but the flying blue number should appear automatically when I enter my name in it. Otherwise good!

Not the best experience
A system that indicates wrong prices (e.g. 161.- but the cheapest available is 540.-), has technical issues (credit card dates: “date cannot be in the past”, even though date was indicated in the future), changes pricing every day is simply not user friendly.

This air travel app gets confused about time zones. This screams unprofessionalism. It's also getting confused about flight numbers when it comes to partner airlines. It will show a Delta flight as a Klm one. And it caused me some undeserved panic when it told me that my flight was cancelled. In reality, the app was just confusing with another flight. Don't trust this app! It's worst than crashing, it's lying to you! I respect Klm as an airline, but shame on their IT department!

Couldn't have electronic boarding passes which is half the point of online checkin. Very quick though.

Very disgruntled traveler
The only thing that is nice about KLM is the lounge abroad. Very inflexible and with the digital environment. There's always something to do. We live partly in the Netherlands and partly in Barcelona. Now again. We swap the seats, pay and only 1 Boarding pass. Can I go to the desk again for my wife because the boarding pass doesn't work. Pfff
