App is garbage
The app is garbage. I'm the year I have had it it only allowed me to log in ONCE. The rest of the time it fails out and says I don't exist. If you use their accounts don't use the app to pay them. It won't let you in.

App used to have no issue and now I can't open my account. After signing in it prompts an error that it can't complete my request. Website still works but I'd much rather use the app.

they acted to soon to close an account before rechecking the credit score changed for it takes up to a month before all compies sent on report to the credit bureau that their account been paid off

I've had the Amazon Card for a while. A pretty poor product. With misleading offers and poor benefits. Not worth it.

update got answers! all I'm going to say is keep hold of what your original cost is otherwise you may find out your being charged 3 times as much and let me be clear you will not find out from them they will put it on everyone else

This bank will lower your credit limit even with 100% payment history. They even closed accounts, all with 100% payment history. They only care about your overall credit, I would avoid this company unless you're desperate. Credit One and Discover Card are far superior.
