Octa I love the app But..... U guys should provide lesser amount for investment. Eg 15 thousand naira

I used the mt4 platform. I was checking my open trades when somebody called me and I answered the call without closing the octa mt4 app. After several minutes of talking to someone on the phone, I checked my trades again and I was so shocked to see all my open positions where closed in negative. I was very disappointed and felt being scammed by the app's lousy program. Lesson learned: Never answer the call when the octa mt4 app is active, close the app first. So pls beware.

After I made some deposit it was going well one day when I wanted to login, just little mistake on my password the block my account that someone is making attempts to login which is me, and I was recieving emails but up til date I can't retrieve my password

Using this on meta trader, the spread can jump suddenly to take your stop loss and also the candlestick is different from many exchanges. If U want to trade with this broker. Pls add another 50 pips to your stop loss else U will experience a sudden volatile spread to take u out. Incredible stop hunt.

From time to time, the mobile app can't log in, the white screen is displayed, and customer service cannot be contacted! It's annoying
