For the second time, the app hasn't worked. A few weeks ago, my partner and I tried to complete an order. We selected everything we wanted, and then , at the end, our selections were not in the cart. We tried again today and the same thing. My partner installed the app on his phone to try, and the same thing happened. Maybe they don't deliver to our area anymore? I guess another pizza chain receives our business. 🤷♀️

New stores not updated on app?
New store opened up near me and it doesn't show up on the app and gives me a place that is nearly 10 miles farther?! Will update my review when that issue is resolved.

No Promo Code. When using Door Dash App, I get so many Promo Code for using Papa Johns and now I'm basically using from the Papa Johns APP, I don't get any Promo Code. Really Strange.

I like Papa John's pizza but I really dislike having to reset my password every single time I use the app. Then it takes what seems like forever to receive the email to reset it. Majority of the time, I end up ordering from a different pizza place using their online app to save time and get reward points. I'm writing this review while waiting for the email. After 30+ minutes! I ordered as a guest. Really sad app.
