Mailbox mail that I receive either doesn't end up in the app at all or only when I open the app. Push notifications are a thing of the past. Even after new installation. I have to enter packages manually.

PostNL has a great app, but unannounced changes the POSTNL point where my package should be delivered. I can now go to a neighboring municipality instead of to my local bookstore. Customer service? A queue all the way to Tokyo. Also digitally. Give me DHL! Always neatly at home, within the delivery window and with friendly deliverers. Unfortunately, the sender chooses the delivery person, so sometimes you are at the mercy of PostNL's arbitrariness. Still 2 stars because of the app.

Delivering parcels
I have indicated through my account that packages at the Primera on the Burgm. Baumannlaan in Overschie. Now I get a notification from you that 1 I wasn't home when I just was 2 that I have to pick up my packages at the Frobenstraat in Schiebroek. I just gave a delivery address in Overschie because I don't have a car and this was the closest address. But unfortunately, the post once again doesn't do what you agreed😡

Deliveries dates and hours never correct, waiting at home all day for nothing. All package lost. Never gets knocked at the door, just dropped somewhere. Really not satisfied, but unfortunately I don't have a choice who will bring delivery POSTNL or BPOST.

Delivery of parcels
Post NL is a company that does not keep to the agreements! You will receive an update from the delivery person that it will be delivered within fifteen minutes. However, this does not happen because then you will be told that your delivery was NOT successful. While you're just at home and the doorbell certainly hasn't rang! Then another update that your package will be taken to a delivery point and can be picked up the next day. Time still unknown. What a company and delivery people!

post.nl is not reliable. If I prefer a parcel locker 500 meters from my house, it is dropped much further and further away. Now I gave my home address again. Then I'll go to the neighbors when I'm not home

Postnl the worst in delivering mail, this app is also nothing, you get a day before you get mail at 8 o'clock, 4 hours later, we have not been able to make it, then it is 16.30, you get a message, will be delivered next day and that is not once more, almost every time No, this app is of no use to you, a star is still too much!

Maak eenvoudig een label aan via de app en laat dit printen bij een PostNL punt. Postzegel nodig? Koop een digitale postzegel en schrijf deze op de brief, handig!
