Your quality service has become worse, and it is impossible to send money to solve emergency cases because the transfers will take many days to reach the person.

Catastrophic for 10 days. Impossible to make a transfer for erroneous reasons provision to 3D authentication .. failed... In chat I was advised to delete and recreate my card, I lost the uncapping, so not linked to a user account! At least 10 chats that still ask me to call the French help number that no longer exists, neither does the Belgian one. CATASTROPHE.

Transfer Fees
I think the double transfer fee should be reconsidered. The sender gets charged in addition to the recipient being charged. Most times when you add it up, it costs MORE than what other couriers are charging for the same service.

Send Wave will deactivate your account when you don't become they little sheep. They would rather have the customers fix the companies errors than fix it themselves. They will delete your account without any reason. Sound like this company needs to be canceled.

Useless. Constant Transfer Deletion. Account was verified but every time I tried to transfer funds it would be automatically cancelled. I contacted customer service multiple times but they would provide canned responses and a compliance team would respond in 48 hours. It's been over 192 hours - no update. No follow up. Useless. I need this app to transfer funds while I'm out of the country doing business.

There's a time you cant send more than $100 and when my love ones pick it up the money is not even ready even it's said ready to pick up !!! Also my first send didn't went well there's some issues accepting my card to send !

Takes More than a Month for Resolutions
Everything was going well until I had an issue with my card. It took me more than 3 months and more than 50+ phone calls to wait for a resolution, they always say they'll create a ticket and escalate but up until now I have not been able to use my account again. What a waste. Awful customer service. Not recommended for long term.

Don't forget the competition and that in the end it's the customer who is king you start to be too strict on the reasons for shipping, increase shipping costs, requests for papers etc I prefer orange money which has become cheaper than senwave at the moment
