I'm having a stalking neighbor turn my wifi devices off randomly this is unacceptable when I'm paying you guys every month. Nobody should be hacking and switching off my devices. And I can't access my own stiff with this app because somebody else is without my concent or knowledge.

If it wasn't for the fact of only being able to get on the app 50% of the time, I would rate it better.

AT&T technician
James was very courteous and professional but couldn't solve the problem - tv won't connect to Wi Fi….says we need an Ethernet port….system was working perfectly before we went away…don't understand…

GARBAGE APP!!! app wont ever connect and att is absolutely NO HELP with fixing this will be getting rid of att completely as their company can't provide a single service that works. do yourself a favor and drop att as this app and their internet air service is complete trash!

Smart manager keeps logging me out!!
Every time I open the app I have to keep logging in even though I selected “keep me signed in” multiple times and have FaceID enabled. What's the point of having these features if they don't work? It's really annoying to have to keep signing in even when I keep the app open!! This needs to be fixed!!

Unnecessary account selection every time you open the application waste so much time only to have to load the account after clicking the only account registered... like other apps have it logged into the preferred account instantly with a menu option to switch in-between other accounts

Not happy with this app, it constantly losses the password and user id and then it takes days to get it all straightened out. Over it. Too bad too because it might have been a great idea .
