Fees are deceptive
I bought tickets for $75 apiece so I was expecting to pay around $150 plus tax maybe 10 more dollars but no I had to buy the insurance because the weather has been crazy and then they charged $52 in fees for two tickets. I just think it's very deceptive why don't you just say that upfront that's what it costs? I asked someone to go with me and told them how much it is and now I have to tell him that it's $36 more. Live & learn.

Ridiculous
Very difficult to use. Don't understand why all tickets sat ages 2 - 12. Very difficult to pick your seats. Finally figured out to open map, magnify the seats then pick seats. If you make a mistake picking a seat it's a whole process to remove the seat. All in all terrible app!! But what else can you do - there's no phone number to get help.

I always have a hard time trying to get to my tickets,and almost impossible to buy from them as well. Ridiculous fees included to use an app that doesn't even work? Where does the money go to then? Feel like they are worse than scalpers. Look for alternatives if you possibly can,because this one isn't it. They don't care and good luck trying to reach someone though customer service,it's as lousy and unresponsive as this app.

The app for Android to be very buggy. Eventually everything works but it's very buggy. I still have old tickets that I've used sitting in my events folder.

App useless.
App freezes every time I try to select my events. Happened on multiple phones. Tried upgrading iOS, uninstall and reinstall. Nothing works. App is absolutely useless if I can't even see my tickets.

The app has made me login in several times and not let me in my account. It just reloads to the main page and does not recognize that I've logged in. I can't even view my purchased ticket.

Every time I try to log in, the screen either goes black or the three dots on the log in button never go away. I am unable to do basically anything on this app cause it's such an incredibly buggy app
