I sold my ticket on Ticketswap and I don't get paid!! They are scammers!! The buyer has said that it didn't work for him to get his money back and now Ticketswap is not going to pay me the ticket that I didn't use to be able to sell it on their platform.

Recently got stuck
Was already satisfied with ticketswap and the app. Now it keeps getting stuck, can't do anything. Already uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. Too bad, already missed out on tickets 2 times because of this

Reliable site for the sale/purchase of tickets for any event, adequate service costs and a fairly intuitive app. In my opinion, a small flaw are the procedures for changing the name of the tickets as there is no method that puts you directly in contact with the seller. I hope that the creators of the app will be able to come up with something because I see it as a fundamental thing.

No support from support
Due to some mistake, a really expensive ticket of mine was violated for free... Lost money. With inquiries it was only said that I was unlucky. It was not even offered to check what the error was!

Stuck
Whenever I open the app and go to my ticket alerts section and try to click on a ticket I am interested in, it gets stuck. It doesn't let me click on anything, this happened after I updated the app today

Lotteries
I hate the lotteries, I've been trying to score tickets for months now, but of course I'm never the winner, but that also means that I waste 80 seconds of my time every time only to find out that it's nothing again, really, really terrible system Old one was much better
