Slow entry into the game Hold in front of the game, have to re-enter 2-3 times. Take it 2 stars.

Difficulty
The game at times can be enjoyable. For the poker player that plays a lot and is very skillful , the game can get the appearance of being rigged. There was a significant drop in funds which, in reality in real poker, would not occur.

WAS fun
Was a nice game but last weeks it is a disater….: poker games are oke but all games to beat the house laila bella and olivia are rigged…… most unfair and unrealistic games ever. So my opion no fun at all anymore

App randomly deleted my data
You can progress as much as want and there is a chance that it will all be erased for no other reason that there being an error message when you open the app one day.

Levels
Being forced to play at a certain level because of how much you have is a huge turn off and a reason i stopped playing in the past.i should be able to play at ANY TABLE I CHOOSE AS LONG AS I QUALFY

Won’t connect to My FB account
My daughter was on her Facebook on my phone and when I tried to play the game, it kept connecting to her Facebook account and not mine and I can't change it. Deleted and reinstalled both the game and FB and still doesn't work. Can't get any help from WSOP either.

Dropping out
Fix this app! It keeps dropping me out. I lose bets,money, and chips! This is a good site, when run properly. I agree with most comments regarding ad offers being excessive. I agree with this assessment. - game seems to have stopped dropping me out! That's good. (Didn't return my money and chips, though!) Still dropping my bets a few times, thus eliminating me from hands I wished to play, ( very frustrating and expensive) , but otherwise, seems to be running better! Update! App seems to be functioning better than before, however, it is mathematically impossible for the dealer to “hit” a winner on the River, with that much regularity. You seem to be determined to ruin, an otherwise, better than average, game. I have regularly seen comments on line, regarding you “fixing “ the game and developing it unfair to play. Your patrons don't seem to trust your credibility. THAT is what you should fix!!
